The price was extremely favourable for all the hotel has to offer: - location with grocery shop (Lidl) nearby, low cost take away food shops (from turkish to italian), - strasse bahn is across the street. -Hotel offers free parking, -the staff is more than extremely helpful (The receptionist looked up some city information for me, printed some papers for free...I Had to be at my working place at 7 am and they offered to make me breakfast earlier, so I would eat before I'd leave the hotel). I felt as if at home. Room was cleaned daily, even if I forgot to put on the sign.

It was easy to get the airport using GPS. It was quite cheap to stay there.
The hotel looked shabby but you get what you paid for. Nothing like the German owned an operated hostels or hotels. There isn't much parking so don't let the "Free parking" be your selling point. The walls her horribly painted with dated decor but for the price again...you get what you pay for.

Right next to public transportation, cleanliness, free internet, the staff were helpful, great value for the money
No tv channels in English - I expected at least cnn, no meals served except breakfast, mattress needs to be just a few inches higher than the bed frame, as I kept banging my knees on the bed frame when I would roll over.

I booked the hotel for business friends during a big exhibition in Frankfurt. None of our guests complained, although it is not a luxury place of the latest style, but a hotel with individually furnished rooms. It is clean and within walking distance to the fairgrounds. Breakfast and small meals are served in their bistro. Considering the difficulty in finding accommodation during the exhibition period, the prices were very reasonable. Expressively to mention: the reservation service / receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful.

My travel (flight) arrangements & arrival were severely disrupted. The staff were very accommodating in helping me re-arrange my plans. The attitude of the staff was excellent and customer-friendly in every aspect.
The location - at first glance - does not appear ideal for tourists to Frankfurt. However, the transport connections are excellent to the city centre (main railway station) and to the airport.

The people were very nice. The room was very well equipped; there was even a refrigerator in the room. The breakfast was very good. The price is very attractive.
The noise from the street with the trams passing by all night was a little annoying.

Easy to find on main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room had a shower and WC and air conditioning. The hotel had an elevator. It was better than I expected for the price. It was the best of several I stayed at in that price range.
could have provided some soap and shampoo.

The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful in providing tips on shopping for food. The diversity of breakfast choice was good. The room was tidy and equipped with hairdryer and iron.
The location was a bit far away from the city center that could be a problem during rainy days.
